Financial Controller - Hybrid

Financial Controller Central London | c. £75,000 – £85,000 Are you the person who brings calm when a business is evolving? Do you enjoy creating clarity, strengthening controls and helping leadership make better decisions? If so, this could be the role you’ve been waiting for. We’re working with a well-respected, purpose-led professional services business (confidential for now) looking for an experienced Financial Controller to provide stability and leadership during an important phase of change.

You’ll work closely with a highly credible fractional CFO and senior leadership team, taking real ownership of the finance function - not just reporting the numbers, but helping shape what happens next.

What you’ll be doing Leading monthly management accounts and cashflow forecasting Managing invoice finance relationships and credit control discipline Preparing budgets and rolling forecasts Strengthening controls, processes and reporting Mentoring a small finance team Partnering with operational leaders to drive better decisions You’ll likely be a great fit if you Are an experienced Financial Controller (or strong Finance Manager ready to step up) Are ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or close) Enjoy improving processes and bringing structure Are confident with Xero and cloud-based systems Have worked in professional services / project-led businesses
