Financial Controller Milton Keynes (Hybrid working) Competitive salary  bonus Butler Rose is supporting the appointment of a Financial Controller for a well-established, engineering international business operating within a technical, process-driven environment. This is a pivotal role within the UK operation, offering the opportunity to take ownership of financial control, reporting, and performance insight, while partnering closely with both local leadership and an international group function.

The successful candidate will lead month-end and statutory reporting, ensure robust controls, and oversee core finance processes including AP, AR, cash management, and balance sheet integrity. There is also a strong focus on driving efficiencies across systems and reporting, particularly within SAP. From a commercial perspective, the role will work closely with operational and commercial teams to support budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and decision making across the business.

We are looking to speak with qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) who have managed finance functions and possess strong technical grounding within engineering / manufacturing. The ideal applicant will have a proactive, business-partnering approach and proven SAP experience is essential.
