Finance Manager Nottingham City Centre Hybrid working:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office PE backed | High growth £70,000  10% bonus A confidential opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Manager to join a PE backed, high growth business based in Nottingham city centre. This role sits at the centre of a £100m cost base and offers real exposure to senior leadership in a fast evolving environment.

The Role
• Cost focused
• Ownership of a £100m cost base
• 3 direct reports, mix of newly qualified and part qualified
• Direct reporting line into the Finance Director
• Revenue and cost performance oversight
• Full ownership of budgeting and forecasting
• Accurate revenue recognition
• Driving EBITDA improvement
• Influencing business decisions at unit level The Environment

• Sales growth of 50%
• Recent M&A completed
• Further activity expected
• High pace, evolving structure This is not a pure reporting role. It requires someone who wants to understand how the business really works and influence performance as it scales. What they are actually looking for
• Wants to properly understand how the business operates
• Gets into how services are designed and delivered operationally
• Links operational activity to financial performance
• Pressure tests forecasts
• Identifies cost savings and margin improvement opportunities
• Comfortable challenging stakeholders
• Previous management experience Package • £70,000
