With significant capital deployment across large-scale UK and international projects, the organisation offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping a best-in-class treasury function within a dynamic, project-led environment.

The Role As Senior Treasury Manager, you will take ownership of liquidity, funding strategy and treasury operations across the Group. This is a highly visible position, working closely with CFO-level stakeholders and supporting long-term capital allocation and financing decisions. You will lead treasury operations while helping to evolve processes, controls and funding strategy as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities Lead Group cash management and liquidity strategy Oversee short- and long-term cash flow forecasting Manage debt facilities, funding structures and refinancing activity Monitor covenant compliance and financing headroom Oversee FX and interest rate risk management Strengthen treasury governance, controls and reporting Manage and develop junior team members Partner with FP&A, project finance and external banking stakeholders About You ACT, ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience) Strong experience within treasury, infrastructure, project finance or capital-intensive sectors Proven track record managing debt facilities and liquidity in complex environments Strong analytical and financial modelling skills Confident stakeholder manager with a proactive, hands-on approach The Opportunity Join a recognised, future-focused infrastructure brand Exposure to complex funding structures and long-term capital projects High-visibility role with genuine influence Hybrid working model (London-based) If you are looking to step into a strategic treasury leadership role within a high-growth, investment-backed organisation, this is an outstanding opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
