Working closely with a dynamic and highly successful entrepreneur, you will be the face of finance for the business. As Financial Controller, You will take full responsibility for the end-to-end finance function, leading and developing a high-performing transactional team of six.

This role is suited to an ambitious finance professional who thrives on driving automation, improving processes, and enhancing systems. You will play a key role in modernising the finance function, implementing efficiencies, and fostering a positive, solutions-focused culture within the team. The business is on an exciting growth journey through acquisition, so we are looking for someone who has experience operating in fast-paced, scaling environments.

You will be commercially astute, confident in identifying risks and opportunities, and capable of acting as a trusted financial sounding board to the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with demonstrable post-qualification experience and a strong track record of providing strategic financial support to drive business growth and performance.
