Salary: £12.96 per hour.
Hours:
Zero hour contract, flexible hours Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis.

We’re looking for compassionate, resilient support workers to empower young adults as they take the exciting step into their new homes. You will be supporting individuals who have complex needs – including autism, learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and physical disabilities – helping them thrive in their new homes.
We are looking for experienced, patient and upbeat support workers who can bring energy and empathy to daily living, mobility and emotional wellbeing. If you're ready to be part of something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you!
We will need you to have experience in at least two of the following:
- Autism and Learning Disabilities
- Mental health needs
- Physical and sensory disabilities
- Positive Behaviour Support
