Personal Care Assistant – Byfleet, Surrey

Join Superior Healthcare Management, LLC as a Personal Care Assistant to support a 3‑year‑old boy with autism and PEG feeding. The role involves providing one‑to‑one care, ensuring safety, encouraging independence and play.

• Provide personal care to a client with autism, including mobility support, grooming, feeding via PEG tube, and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe environment and supervise activities to encourage independence.
• Communicate with the client’s family and the community complex care team to coordinate care plans.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and carry out tasks as directed by supervising nurses and supervisors.

• £14.30 per hour
• Thorough paid induction and classroom‑based training
• Paid specialist training (PEG feeding & Autism support)
