Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care | Aldershot or Weybridge | £40,000 - £47,000

Our Client is a CQC-registered provider of high-quality domiciliary and live-in care across Hampshire and Surrey. We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our operational team and drive the delivery of safe, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, driven care professional to take ownership of a growing service, working closely with our directors to shape the future of the business.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards while leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care. Key duties include:

* Leading and managing the operational team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care

* Conducting client assessments and developing tailored care plans

* Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures and health & safety standards

* Managing budgets, forecasting and cost control to ensure service sustainability

* Recruiting, training, supervising and developing care staff

* Building strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities and commissioners

* Investigating complaints and incidents and driving continuous improvement

* Identifying new business opportunities and supporting growth across Hampshire and Surrey

About You

* 3,000+ hours' hands-on experience in domiciliary care

* Proven experience managing a care service, including staff management, risk assessment and care planning

* Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures

* Experience with budgeting and financial management in a care setting

* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

* Confident using care management software and electronic record-keeping systems

* Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care

* Full UK driving licence required

* Willingness to participate in an on-call rota

Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager, Train-the-Trainer certification, and experience in care sector business development are all desirable.
