We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded domiciliary care provider that is looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead and develop its home care service in Weybridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Domiciliary Care Registered Manager looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the continued growth and development of a quality-focused care service.

You will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management, compliance, quality and performance of the service, ensuring that people receiving care are supported safely, respectfully and in line with their individual needs.

The successful candidate will be confident working within the CQC regulatory framework, have strong leadership skills and be passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
