What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who has:
Previous experience in an HR administration role
Strong IT skills, including the use of HR systems and confident Excel capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, solution-focused approach
No specific qualifications required—your experience, attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

About
The Role
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the experience of every new and existing employee. You’ll be the person who ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes across the employee lifecycle.
You will:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring every new starter has a warm, engaging and seamless introduction to Healix.
Provide essential administration support across all People initiatives, activities and projects.
Assist the Recruitment Business Partner with recruitment admin via the See Me Hired platform.
Prepare contracts and employment offers and manage pre- and post-employment checks.
Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy across payroll, annual leave, absence and more.
Support the upkeep of our Learning Management System (Litmos) and help drive employee development.
Produce contractual change letters and documentation.
Contribute to People Team projects including policy updates, wellbeing activities and engagement initiatives.
Keep up to date with relevant legislation and HR best practice.
Represent the People Team and Healix values in everything you do.

Required Criteria
Ability to manage and prioritise workload efficiently.
Proven experience in an HR administration role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
