The principle responsibilities are running the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees within the EMEA group.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Ensureaccurateandtimelypayment of employees within the EMEAregion
- First point of contact with Payroll vendors EMEA for those countriesdirectly responsible for
- Maintain Payroll mailbox for communication with external payroll providers and HR teams and employee queries
- Close co-operation with EMEA Payroll Manager toassistwhererequiredand with Local finance
- Responsible for reviewing new hire entries, master file changes frommyHR, and reconciling payroll files from payroll vendors as well as auditing the payroll system data to the corporate system of record
- Partner with colleagues toassistwith payroll processes, cycles, and projects with HRBP’s, business leaders, Global/Regional Finance, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth delivery of the payroll processes, cycles & projects
- Assist with monthly fluxes and provide detailed support to the international accounting team
- Assist with research projects and preparation of management reports as needed
- Ensure operational and SOX controls are properly performed within the payroll process
- Answer audit queries concerning payroll and payroll controls as required
- Experience with in a payroll processing function
- International payroll experience an advantage
- Possess a working knowledge of international payroll-related requirements and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality in all assignments and in all information obtained
- Ability to organise andprioritisework to meet deadlines
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of international payroll vendor(s) software/processes
- Experience with ADP Streamline software would be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organisation both internally and externally
- Fluent English any other language will be an asset
