Drawing on your expertise in business communication systems, you'll become a key internal specialist across Microsoft 365, Ticketing, Telephony, Forms and Automation. Your insight, guidance and hands on support will help streamline processes, strengthen system performance and elevate operational efficiency.

• Partner closely with end users across the business to uncover system or process issues, carrying out thorough root cause investigations.
• Challenge the status quo by exploring system capabilities and pushing boundaries to drive innovation.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and lead the implementation of improvements.
• Act as the local technical liaison with our European headquarters, ensuring updates and enhancements are effectively communicated and rolled out to all relevant users.
