Are you an IT Support Technician with a background in 1st Line support, looking for a permanent role, with a forward thinking events company, where you will be given flexibility, opportunities to progress and to work within an exciting environment and industry?

This market leading audio rental company provides audio systems for live events, including globally recognised artist tours, sporting events at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and a range of Festivals in the summer such as Glastonbury. They have experienced steady growth since their establishment 45 years ago and have recently been acquired by a global audio company, increasing their market share and growing substantially to over 150 people.

In this brand-new role, you will be the first IT support in a brand-new on-site team, reporting into the Group IT team. You will be responsible for all 1st level support on site, setting up laptops or desktops, stock control, basic troubleshooting, setting up new starters and providing induction training. This is a Monday to Friday, with occasional remote Saturday work and is a 35 hour week.

This role would suit an IT Support Technician with a background in 1st Line Support, looking for a full time, permanent role with a growing company who can give you progression, flexibility and a great industry to be a part of.

The Role:

1st Level IT Support for Users
Setting up and deploying laptops for existing and new users
Basic Troubleshooting and handling tasks
Coordinate new rollouts and software
Monday to Friday, with occasional remote Saturdays, 35 hr week

IT Support Technician or similar
Background in 1st Line
