Senior Business Analyst - Planning & Manufacturing

Salary: £90,000 - 95,000 per year

• We require a proven track record of working with senior stakeholders across supply chain planning and manufacturing.
• We need someone with strong gravitas and credibility to engage senior stakeholders.
• Significant business analysis experience within complex enterprise environments is required.
• Experience leading business analysis from discovery and blueprinting through to implementation is required.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and shaping future-state business processes is required.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain lifecycle processes is required.
• Experience across planning, manufacturing, and quality management business processes is required.
• Experience working within SAP ECC6, SAP S/4
  
  HANA, or SAP-enabled enterprise environments is required.
• Experience with SAP IBP, S&OP, or comparable planning and supply chain solutions such as SAP APO, Kinaxis, Rapid Response, OMP, or Blue Yonder is required.
• Experience supporting SAP Production Planning, Quality Management, Manufacturing Execution Systems, or Product Lifecycle Management is highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders is required.
• A collaborative and forward-thinking approach is required.
• Experience with in FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, or other complex manufacturing environments is desirable.

• Lead business analysis activities across large-scale supply chain planning and manufacturing transformation programmes.
• Play a key role across strategic transformation programmes, including IBP, MES, and PLM initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement across planning, manufacturing, and quality management capabilities.
• Engage from the early stages of programmes to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and define future-state business processes.
• Help shape solution design alongside senior business stakeholders and solution architects.
• Build strong business partnerships with senior stakeholders across supply chain planning, manufacturing, and IT.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with solution architects and technology teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Support multiple strategic transformation programmes across Europe.
• Drive the development of business cases to ensure delivery of measurable business value.
• Lead system implementation activities, including testing, user acceptance, and business readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Manage and prioritise business change through governance forums.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to business analysts through direct line management or matrix leadership.

We are offering a permanent Senior Business Analyst role focused on planning and manufacturing, based in Weybridge, Surrey, with a hybrid working model of 3 days per week onsite. The role comes with a salary of approximately £90k to £95k, plus a £7.2k car allowance, up to 25% bonus, and a benefits package. We are seeking someone to support strategic transformation across supply chain planning, manufacturing, and wider business change initiatives in a senior stakeholder-facing environment.
