Registered Nurse - Bank

Bupa Sutton Lodge Care Home (87 Oatlands Drive, Weybridge KT13 9LN
) is hiring a Bank Registered Nurse for part‑time work. This Bank Contract role offers pay between £21.83 and £24.11 per hour, depending on experience.

• Take responsibility for the well‑being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
• Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes.
• Monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with standards, policies and legislation.
• Administer and order medication, review and evaluate care plans, and support the care team with best practice.
• Maintain clinical focus and deliver high quality care, including during night shifts when working alone.
• Provide effective communication and report clinical issues to team members and health care professionals.
• Support CQC tasks and ensure policies and standards are maintained to a high clinical standard.

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
• Strong clinical judgement and self‑reliance, especially during night shifts.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to provide clinical guidance and support a multidisciplinary care team.
