Blue Cross is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager in Weybridge on a 9-month fixed term, part time (14 hours over 2 days). This role offers the chance to support a great cause by turning donations into impact while helping run a busy charity shop.
You will work with the Shop Manager to drive sales, manage volunteers, recruit and train new volunteers, and ensure excellent customer service while merchandising and maintaining stock integrity.
