Lidl in Weybridge is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team and drive shop floor operations, maintaining high standards. The role offers an hourly rate of £16.30–£16.80 for a 35 to 40 hour contract, plus £2.00 extra per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, and a generous benefits package.
As a key member of the store team you’ll motivate colleagues, delegate tasks, and ensure customers receive excellent service on every visit.
