Job Description
Fuel the success of globally renowned brands such as Gillette, Pampers, Head & Shoulders and Oral‑B as a key commercial professional at P&G Sales. Lead an autonomous, multi‑million‑pound business from day one, building strong relationships with the UK’s largest retailers and driving sales through analytics‑driven strategy and shopper insights.
LocationWeybridge, Surrey – easily reachable from London by regular train services and a free shuttle bus to the head office.
Responsibilities- Full‑time leadership position in Sales, managing a multi‑million‑pound business from day one.
- Act as the key contact for large retailers, building and maintaining successful relationships.
- Design and execute sales strategies based on data, shopper insights and market understanding.
- Partner with marketing, supply chain and finance teams to stay at the forefront of the industry, always with consumer benefit as the north star.
- Drive category growth and create delight for customers through continuous innovation.
- Starting salary of £45,000 plus an annual bonus tied to business results.
