Vacancy - Trade Counter Sales / Warehouse Assistant
Location - Weybridge, Surrey
Industry - Electrical Wholesale & Lighting
Salary - up to circa £32,000 + bonuses
Hours – Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00, 1 in 3 or 4 Saturday mornings paid at overtime

Our client is an established and busy business with good staff retention.
They are looking for a trade counter person with some electrical wholesale product knowledge to assist in their busy branch.

The role

• Assisting customers at the trade counter

• Ensuring that the needs of the customers are dealt with as well seeking out any add on sales

• Processing orders using the company systems

• Sourcing products and placing the relevant orders

• Building, developing and managing relationships with customers face to face

• Ensuring all records, systems and paperwork are kept up-to-date

• There may be a small amount of warehouse work required but the main emphasis of the role will be serving customers at the trade counter and telephone sales.

Skills & Experience needed?

• Good Electrical product sales knowledge and experience

• The ability to build relationships with a variety of customers

• Trade Counter experience essential in the Electrical Wholesale industry

• Good communication skills

• Enjoys sales and dealing with people

• Friendly, articulate, customer focused
