Commercial Upholsterer / Contract Upholstery

Salary:
Basic £34,000 per annum. Overtime and earnings expected £45,000 to £55,000 OTE. Overtime estimated between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum.

Benefits:
Fully serviced and insured work vehicle, fuelcard, expenses and travel contributions. Travel within the Bristol/Chippenham/Swindon region along the M4 Corridor; occasional overnight stays fully compensated.

• Repair and restore upholstery and furniture in commercial premises such as pubs, restaurants and hotels.
• MUST be able to use a Sewing Machine.
• Cut and sew on site.
• Must be able to top stitch and perform quilted & button back upholstery.
• Undertake other reasonable activities as required, including travel.
• Occasional overnight stays when required on rare occasions.
• Open to covering the M4 Corridor.

• Must be able to machine sew and cut on-site using a mobile Sewing Machine (Provided).
• Must be able to top stitch, quilted & button back upholstery.
• Significant experience in commercial furniture production and/or restoration techniques.
• Extensive relevant workplace experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work using own initiative and with others.
