Our client are looking for a compassionate, organised and proactive Property Manager/Resident Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of their independent living community. Working alongside the Manager, you will help provide a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment where residents can live independently with dignity and security.

You will also deputise for the Manager during periods of absence and take part in an emergency on-call rota.



Hours:

Part-Time, Weds-Fri, 16.5 hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with resident arrivals, departures and property allocations.
  • Monitor the condition, safety and cleanliness of the estate.
  • Coordinate repairs and liaise with contractors.
  • Carry out routine health and safety and compliance checks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support the wellbeing and independence of residents.
  • Respond to resident enquiries and welfare concerns, including safeguarding issues.
  • Provide emergency out-of-hours support as part of the on-call rota.

Key attributes

  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • An understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • A caring and professional approach when working with older and vulnerable people.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for on-call duties.
