Com Psych, a leader in organizational mental health, is seeking experienced clinicians for its Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This role involves providing high-quality counseling to employees and eligible household members. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments and delivering in-person EAP counseling focused on practical solutions and coping strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide short-term, solution-focused EAP counseling

• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations

• Support clients with workplace stress and anxiety

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Coordinate with Com Psych’s referral processes

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field

• Minimum 3 years post-master’s clinical experience

• Highest-level professional accreditation

• Active professional liability insurance coverage

• Submit most recent resume or CV
