Community Leisure Facilitator

Embrace your passion for community activities with the City of Weyburn as a Leisure Program Facilitator. Help patrons enjoy various leisure and arts programs at the Spark Centre.

As part of your responsibilities, you will report to the Leisure Services Manager and provide support in program delivery and customer service. You will set up, facilitate, and take down events, ensuring all materials are ready for participants.

Your role is crucial in creating an inclusive environment that encourages community participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate structured programs and activities

• Prepare spaces and materials prior to events

• Share accurate information about leisure services

• Process payments and registrations with care

• Maintain attendance records and program logs

Requirements:

• Experience with program facilitation is preferred

• Familiarity with leisure and arts programming

• Basic experience with data entry and transactions

• First Aid/CPR C certification is beneficial

• Clear criminal record checks required
