This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Nursing, and Operations, using data to drive workforce planning, labor productivity, and clinical resource optimization.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Integrate data across hospital systems to create reliable, automated analytics and dashboards
• Support Nursing leadership with workload modeling, HPPD targets, staffing flex models, and labor management
• Build productivity and performance metrics that help departments align staffing to volume
• Deliver education and decision support tools that enhance data literacy across Nursing
• Partner with the CNO and Finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and operational improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
• 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, finance, analytics, or clinical decision support
• Strong technical skills, a background in healthcare operations or finance, and experience supporting clinical workflows are key
