Join our collaborative five-PT team supporting Atrius Health’s Weymouth Medical Center
, where you’ll treat a diverse caseload spanning orthopedics, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurology, vestibular conditions, and more. Grow alongside experienced clinicians with $1,000 in annual CEU support plus two paid education days
, while new graduates receive a structured one-year mentorship program tailored to their reduced hours and gradual caseload ramp-up

Job Type: Part-time, Monday–Friday;
flexible schedules ranging from 20 to 29 hours per week

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Experience with general outpatient orthopedics,either as a
  licensed Physical Therapist
  or
  during clinical rotations for new graduates
