SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring a male CNA, HHA, or PCA in Weymouth, MA. We are looking for a dependable and compassionate caregiver who is ready to provide personalized in-home support. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with both short-hour and long-hour shifts.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Complete light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment

• Follow the client’s care plan and established routines

• Report client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable providing care independently in a client’s home

• Able to commit to the agreed-upon schedule
