SYNERGY Home Care is urgently seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Weymouth, MA! We are looking for compassionate and reliable caregivers who are committed to providing quality in-home care and helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. • Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities

• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, comfortable home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Caring, patient, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client's home

• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
