• Create and enforce service standards & best practices
• Train and lead Service Department
• Create, document, implement & maintain department SOPs/workflows
• Manage department's budget, gross margin, etc.
• Provide advanced technical guidance to all departments as needed
• Conduct planning meetings
• Support Project Managers without direct management
• Enforce OSHA & EPA standards
• Cross-department collaboration with Maintenance & Training Managers
• Serve as technical resource for technicians & customers

• 8+ years experience with commercial HVAC/R service & repair
• 5+ years leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, refrigeration, ductwork, installation practices
• EPA 608 certification required
• OSHA 30, NATE or other industry certifications preferred
• Effective training & leadership skills

• Base Salary $130-160k (based on experience)
• Significant incentives/bonuses ($180-200k OTE)
