. Our mission is to serve medically fragile pediatric and adult populations in cities and towns across Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk Counties.

Job Openings in the South Shore Area:
We currently have RN/LPN job openings in various locations including Abington, Braintree, Hingham, Kingston, Milton, Canton, Norwell, Plymouth, Quincy, Scituate, and Weymouth. Positions are available for:

  • All Shifts (1st, 2nd, & 3rd)
  • Full-time
  • Part-time
  • Per diem

Key Points About Our Services
  • We’re always seeking compassionate nurses, seasoned or new grads. Our diverse cases offer valuable experience across various medical conditions.
  • We specialize in continuous care nursing for medically complex children and adults, working 1‑on‑1 in homes, schools, or community settings to help families navigate care and keep patients at home.
  • Cases cover a wide spectrum, from general care to ICU‑level home care. Many patients face feeding challenges, G/J‑tube feeding, tracheostomies with ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy management, wound care, or diabetic maintenance.
Pay Rates
  • RN
    : $57.68 / $59.68 / $61.68 per hour (shift differentials)
  • LPN
    : $41.50 / $43.50 / $45.50 per hour (shift differentials)

Required Qualifications
  • Valid RN/LPN license in Massachusetts
  • Proficiency in nursing skills, critical thinking, and problem‑solving; experience with complex medical conditions preferred but new grads welcomed.
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to high‑quality care, including patients’ social‑emotional well‑being.
  • Adaptable to varying patient needs and environments.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
