This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) located in South Weymouth, MA.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care
- Administer allergy tests and allergen immunotherapy
- Assist with asthma management
- Educate patients about their conditions and treatment plans
- Record patient information and maintain medical records
- Support physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering exceptional care
- LPN certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
