General Managers

Position: Starting at $60,000 General Managers!
General Manager – McDonald’s Corporate Owned Restaurant

Full Compensation Package – Starting at $60,000 – $75,000/year, plus full benefits and bonus package. Contingency Compensation is based on managerial & QSR experience and skill set for a General Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

• Work with your leader to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them.

• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, follow up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments.

• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.

• Implement processes that drive continuous improvement and drive overall restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.

• Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail acceptable.

• Must be 18 years or older to manage a corporate owned and operated restaurant.
