• Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site.
• Heavy foot traffic location – engage with employees and customers and respond as needed.
• Interior patrols on foot to inspect building and grounds.
• Exterior patrols in a company vehicle.
• Maintain a high level of observation skills.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers, clients, and management.
• Observe, report, and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity.
• Respond to emergency situations following site procedures.

• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable means of communication and transportation
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Ability to effectively speak, read and write English
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
