Aspinwall Plumbing & Heating is looking for an elite Level 5 HVAC Service Technician to handle the most advanced service, repair, and maintenance projects in the South Shore area. This senior‑level role is ideal for a master of their craft who thrives on solving complex challenges, mentoring other technicians, and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients' comfort while setting the gold standard for technical excellence and professionalism.

- Lead the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of advanced HVAC systems.
- Solve the most complex HVAC issues using advanced diagnostic techniques.
- Advise on system design, optimization, and integration for new and upgraded installations.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high‑level customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all work meets industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with HVAC technology, tools, and best practices.
- High school diploma or GED required; advanced HVAC education preferred.
- 7‑10+ years of extensive HVAC service and repair experience, including leadership roles.
- EPA 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) required; NATE certification preferred.
- Master‑level knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and airflow principles.
- Proven leadership skills with a history of team development and project management.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physically able to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
