Aspinwall Plumbing & Heating is looking for an elite Level 5 HVAC Service Technician to handle the most advanced service, repair, and maintenance projects in the South Shore area. This senior‑level role is ideal for a master of their craft who thrives on solving complex challenges, mentoring other technicians, and delivering outstanding customer service. • Lead the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of advanced HVAC systems.
• Solve the most complex HVAC issues using advanced diagnostic techniques.
• Advise on system design, optimization, and integration for new and upgraded installations.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high‑level customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work meets industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with HVAC technology, tools, and best practices.

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced HVAC education preferred.
• 7‑10+ years of extensive HVAC service and repair experience, including leadership roles.
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) required; NATE certification preferred.
• Master‑level knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and airflow principles.
• Proven leadership skills with a history of team development and project management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.

• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday
• Flexibility as needed for project completion
• On‑call, one week every four weeks

Primarily in the field, servicing residential customers across the South Shore area.
