HVAC​/R Install Manager

Base Pay Range

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established mechanical contractor based in Weymouth, MA to assist in hiring an experienced HVAC/R Install Manager.

Email:

• Create and enforce installation standards & best practices
• Train and lead Install Department
• Create, document, implement & maintain department SOPs/workflows
• Work with Project Managers & Estimators to ensure seamless handoffs between departments
• Conduct planning meetings
• Support Project Managers without direct management
• Enforce OSHA and all safety policies
• Visit jobsites as needed
• Cross-department collaboration with Maintenance & Training Managers

• 8+ years experience with commercial HVAC/R installation
• 5+ years leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, refrigeration, ductwork, installation practices
• OSHA 30 cert required
• EPA 608 cert required
• MA Refrigeration Tech License preferred
• Effective training & leadership skills

• Base Salary $130-160k (based on experience)
• Significant incentives/bonuses ($180-200k OTE)
