OverviewAt Haven, the Guest Experience Team Member is the heart of the guest and owner experience, creating a memorable and exceptional stay. The role involves welcoming guests, addressing their needs, and collaborating with team members to maintain a high‑quality service environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet each guest with a friendly smile and enthusiasm, setting a positive first impression.
- Listen attentively to guest questions or concerns and take thoughtful action to personalize the interaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver smooth and seamless service, enhancing every moment of the guest and owner experience.
- Actively capture guest and owner feedback and share insights with relevant teams to continually elevate our service.
- Create a welcoming space by ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment where guests, owners, and visitors feel at home.
- Experience in roles such as Customer Service Advisor, Reception Team Member, or similar guest relations/customer service is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.
- Customer‑focused with a passion for working with people.
- Effective listening, clear communication, and a professional, friendly manner.
- Ability to handle challenging situations or guest complaints with patience, tact, and efficiency.
