Key Responsibilities
  • Greet each guest with a friendly smile and enthusiasm, setting a positive first impression.
  • Listen attentively to guest questions or concerns and take thoughtful action to personalize the interaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver smooth and seamless service, enhancing every moment of the guest and owner experience.
  • Actively capture guest and owner feedback and share insights with relevant teams to continually elevate our service.
  • Create a welcoming space by ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment where guests, owners, and visitors feel at home.
Requirements
  • Experience in roles such as Customer Service Advisor, Reception Team Member, or similar guest relations/customer service is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Customer‑focused with a passion for working with people.
  • Effective listening, clear communication, and a professional, friendly manner.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations or guest complaints with patience, tact, and efficiency.
