Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum + Performance Bonus Opportunities

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Enjoy a fantastic work balance with 1 in 3 Fridays finishing early at 1:00 PM!)

• Greeting customers warmly, taking bookings, and acting as the key link between the customer and our workshop team.
• Managing service appointments, explaining vehicle health checks, and clearly communicating required repairs or maintenance.
• Upselling additional services, parts, and accessories transparently to maximize customer value and team targets.
• Handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring seamless administration from check in to key handover.
• Maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index scores by delivering top tier service every day.
