A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Freelance Design Manager for a project in Weymouth. The successful candidate will lead a Grade II listed custodial project from inception to completion. Responsibilities include overseeing the design management process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and liaising with architects and consultants. Candidates should have a degree in a related field and experience with custodial or heritage projects.
A good working knowledge of BIM is essential. This position requires travel to sites and the office.
