An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and innovative Design & Technology Teacher to join a leading Independent Day and Boarding School near Weymouth from January 2026. This is a superb role for a teacher who can inspire students to be creative, innovative, and ambitious in design.

• Full-time, permanent DT Teacher role starting January 2026
• Independent School in Weymouth with strong academic and co-curricular reputation
• Excellent resources including CAD suites, 3D printing facilities, and modern workshops

• Qualified DT Teacher with QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
• Experience teaching KS3–KS5 desirable
• Specialism in Resistant Materials, Product Design, or Engineering preferred
• Strong practical skills with a passion for applied, hands-on teaching
• Ability to inspire students through engaging lessons and extracurricular projects
• Committed to raising achievement and preparing students for design-related careers
