Level Teaching Assistant; HLTA - Radipole Primary School

Pay Grade Dorset Grade 9, Point 19-25 FTE (£32,061 to £36,363)

Actual Pro Rata Pay (£24,332 to £27,597, Hourly rate of £16.62 to £18.85)

An opportunity has arisen for someone to join our fantastic team at Radipole Primary School. This is a fixed‑term position, working 32.5 hours per week (Monday‑Friday inclusive, 8:30am to 3:15pm including a half hour lunch duty). Consideration will be given to extend the contract or make the position permanent for the right candidate. The role will involve covering classes from Reception to Year 6 on a regular and ad hoc basis – e.g., regular teacher, subject leader or phase leader release time, or stepping in to cover or support at short notice when staff absence requires it.
