Position: Mat cover - DT3/4 - Teacher

KS2 Teacher - Weymouth

Are you a passionate and motivated teacher looking for your next opportunity within a friendly and forward‑thinking school? We're working with a fantastic school in Weymouth seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join their team on a 0.8 contract to cover a maternity leave position.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a school with ambitious plans for growth and development, where staff are valued and children are encouraged to thrive both academically and personally.

The Role
  • Teaching within Key Stage 2
  • 0.8 FTE maternity cover position
  • Starting 1st September 2026
  • Contract running until 31st August 2027
  • Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons
  • Supporting pupils within a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
