Dorset Council UK is looking for a flexible and enthusiastic HLTA to join their team in Weymouth. The role involves supporting SEN pupils across the school and assisting teachers in promoting high standards of engagement and behaviour.
The successful candidate will lead whole class teaching and work alongside the Principal TA while maintaining effective communication with parents and professionals.
Applicants must achieve HLTA status and possess a GCSE grade C in English and Maths. This is a part-time position of 25 hours per week during term time.
