We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school community in Weymouth, Dorset.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to work closely with teachers and students, providing essential support to help young people reach their full potential. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a positive, inclusive and inspiring learning environment where every student feels supported and valued.
A September start is available for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will:
Be patient, encouraging and approachable
Have a genuine passion for supporting children and young people
Work effectively as part of a wider teaching and support team
Provide guidance, reassurance and encouragement both in and outside the classroom
Help maintain a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience working with children, young people or within an educational setting would be advantageous, but is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
