Salary: £31,363 per annum (Qualified Teacher Status/equivalent Level
5).

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Machinery & Land-Based Engineering professional to join our Agriculture team. This role will involve delivering high‑quality practical and theoretical teaching across agricultural machinery, maintenance, and engineering to land‑based students.

You will bring strong industry experience, a passion for developing learners’ practical skills and the ability to engage students in a hands‑on learning environment. Experience in agricultural machinery, workshop practice, and health & safety compliance is essential.
