Hours: 37 per week

Salary: up to £31,363 for Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent Level 5

Coastland College has an exciting opportunity to join the English team at our Weymouth Campus. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced English lecturer to deliver English to our learners.

• Innovate in your approach in engaging learners and help them fulfil their full potential.
• Support and nurture students.
• Use excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure successful outcomes within the delivery timeframe.
• Employ innovative strategies to engage learners.
• Understand quality assurance and assessment.
• Engage a range of learners with diverse needs.

The ideal candidate will have a range of knowledge and experience within the FE sector with recent experience of teaching English. The post is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for their subject and ambition for creating opportunities for young people.
