All Saints' Church of England Academy is recruiting casual examination invigilators on flexible hours to run its exams. Invigilators set up and collect scripts, admit pupils, supervise exam rooms, check procedures are followed, and collate papers for the exam boards, reading or scribing for pupils where needed. The post suits people who want to help pupils through a key stage of their education, and full training is given.
An enhanced DBS check and the right to work in the UK are required, and visa sponsorship is not available.
- Set up and collect exam scripts and materials
- Admit students to the exam hall or room
- Supervise and monitor students during examinations
- Ensure exam procedures are correctly followed
- Collate exam papers for submission to exam boards
- Read or scribe for students during exams where required
- Motivated, resilient and committed to pupils achieving their potential
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Diligence and alignment with the academy's high expectations
- Enhanced DBS check
- Right to work in the UK
