About Our Client
Our client is based in Weymouth, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team is looking for additional support.
Job Description
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing accounts.
- Process invoices, expenses, and payments efficiently.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide general support to the accounting and finance team as required.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant role you must be able to do most, if not all of the above.
