At St Jude’s Care, our Live-in Carers make a real difference – bringing comfort and confidence to people living in their own homes. You’ll provide one-to-one care – whether helping with personal care, medication support and home‑cooked meals, or simply offering companionship over a cup of tea. Every day brings variety, purpose and the chance to improve someone’s quality of life.

• Support clients with personal care in a way that protects dignity, comfort and choice
• Prepare meals suited to their dietary needs and preferences
• Prompt or administer medication safely and on time
• Provide companionship, reassurance and a warm, steady presence throughout the day
• Assist with light household tasks to keep the home clean, safe and comfortable
• Encourage independence wherever possible, supporting clients to stay involved in daily routines

• Paid 1 ½ day induction and full Care Certificate training
• Career progression with opportunities to complete NVQ Level 2–3 and the Level 3 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care
• Guaranteed rest – two hours off every day, plus a full eight‑hour break each week
• Travel allowance – up to £100 per placement
• Food allowance – up to £40 per week
• Comfortable private space during placements
• 24‑hour support from our friendly care management team
• Clear progression routes into Senior Carer, Complex Care or office‑based roles
• £500 referral bonus for every saints referred who joins our team
• Free DBS check

• Clear communication skills, good spoken English and a calm, reassuring manner्यता>

• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
• 6+ months of live‑in care experience
• A driving licence (desirable)
