Domiciliary Care Worker ; Temp to Perm

Position: Domiciliary Care Worker Opportunity (Temp to Perm)
We are currently recruiting for a Domiciliary Care Worker to support female service users in Weymouth . This role is open to female applicants only , which is a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) due to the nature of the personal care provided.

Role Overview As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will:
Visit clients in their own homes as part of a scheduled run Provide personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and daily living assistance Attend the office at the start of your shift Essential Requirements Previous domiciliary care experience Full UK driving licence and ability to drive Reliable, committed, and flexible with shifts What the Client Offers Full-day induction and training on first day Uniform provided Ongoing support to ensure you feel confident before working independently As the client invests in training and onboarding as they would for permanent staff, candidates must be able to commit to regular shifts and demonstrate strong reliability.
