A residential care facility in Weymouth is seeking a Senior Night Care Assistant to provide person-centred support to residents. You will lead social activities, administer medication, and guide new staff while ensuring each resident's needs are met with empathy. The ideal candidate will have at least NVQ Level 2 and experience in social care, particularly with older adults, and will be working towards NVQ Level 3.
The role offers a pay rate of £13.25 per hour for 42 hours a week on a 2-week rolling rota.
