Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Care Assistant to brighten residents' days with kindness. No previous care experience is required; all you need is compassion and the right to work in the UK.
We provide fully funded training and clear career development, with 42 hours per week on a rolling rota, 8am to 8pm, including alternating weekends. You’ll deliver high‑quality personal care, assist with daily living activities, and build meaningful relationships as part of a supportive team.
